Receive an acknowledgement for a medical accumulator claim we sent to OptumRx.
Requires scope: optumrx:write
The acknowledgement is persisted idempotently and 202'd. Reconciling it against the originating medical claim happens downstream. No outbound ack is owed for this direction (we are the one being acknowledged).
