Generates the PSV PDF document for the specified facility credentialing workflow. Returns 200 OK with the generation result when complete. The resulting file path is recorded in the workflow's timeline events. To retrieve the generated document, use GET /facility-credentialing-workflows/{id}/latest-psv-pdf.
