Suggest attribute mappings for a not-yet-created egress template

Given a list of column names parsed client-side from an uploaded file (CP-35814), returns ranked attribute-catalog suggestions per column, fuzzy-matched against the entity type's egress field catalog. The egress counterpart of the ingress /templates/scratch/suggest-mappings endpoint.
