GetDisputeConfig returns the calling org's dispute configuration as a partner-facing projection over the underlying org config. The org is resolved from the auth context, so the request carries no fields.

DisputeConfig is the partner-facing projection of an org's dispute configuration. It is a public view over the SAME underlying org config data served by the internal org-config endpoint (GET /v1/organizations/{uuid}/config), exposing only the fields the self-service dispute flow needs.
