One contract's summary, scoped to that contract: term and tiers are the contract's own; the distributor profile fields (name, code, primary contact) are common across the LP's contracts. The flat slot/cap/price fields are the contract-level rollup (summed slots, headline cap/price); tiers carries the per-lot breakdown the UI renders.
