Served from the in-process store, so the CAMS picker fetches once and filters client-side instead of round-tripping per keystroke. version is also the ETag: a client holding the current version gets a 304 with no body. Provider restriction is applied here rather than in the cached store, since the blacklist belongs to the account, not the graph.
