Creates a ticket for buying other tokens. Amount received fluctuates and is calculated at the time the payment is detected

If the user wants to add an extra % fee to the operation to be delivered to another wallet. Represents a percentage with at most 4 decimal places (e.g. 0.001 is 0.1%)
