Returns the user's custom buyer-persona library from Sales Navigator home (sales.linkedin.com/home).

Call this BEFORE setting the persona filter on a Sales Nav search. The agent has no way to guess persona ids — they are user-defined. Match the user's intent against the returned name + criteriaSummary.

Requires an active Sales Nav seat (403 otherwise — same gate as the search tools).
