Assigns a Grafana Enterprise license to a workspace. To upgrade, you must use <code>ENTERPRISE</code> for the <code>licenseType</code>, and pass in a valid Grafana Labs token for the <code>grafanaToken</code>. Upgrading to Grafana Enterprise incurs additional fees.
