Delete one of the caller's SSH public keys

Removes the key from the caller's set. This does not revoke access on sandboxes that are already provisioned: permitted keys are resolved at provision time, so the removal takes effect the next time a sandbox is provisioned, and it does not terminate sessions that are already open.
