# Lead received event

`POST lead.received` (webhook)

Fired when a new lead is submitted against a Meta Lead Gen (Instant) Form
and ingested via the Page `leadgen` webhook. `lead.fields` is the
question-key to answer map; `lead.formId` / `lead.adId` give provenance.
Requires the Ads add-on.

## Payload

- WebhookPayloadLead — Webhook payload for lead.received events (Meta Lead Gen / Instant Forms).
  - `id` string, required — Stable webhook event ID
  - `event` 'lead.received', required
  - `lead` object, required
    - `id` string, required — Zernio lead ID (AdLead document ID)
    - `leadgenId` string, required — Meta lead ID (the platform's leadgen_id)
    - `formId` string, required — Lead Gen form ID the lead was submitted against
    - `formName` string, nullable — Human-readable form name (best-effort; may be null)
    - `adId` string, nullable — Meta ad ID that drove the lead (null for organic/test leads)
    - `adsetId` string, nullable
    - `campaignId` string, nullable
    - `fields` object, required — Flattened question key -> answer map. For multiple-choice questions the value is the option key (e.g. "k1"), not the display label.
    - `isOrganic` boolean, required — True when the lead came from an organic post rather than a paid ad
    - `createdAt` string, date-time, required — Meta's lead creation time (ISO 8601)
  - `account` object, required
    - `id` string, required — Social account ID (the facebook account owning the Page)
    - `accountId` string — Social account ID (same as id); canonical field for account filtering.
    - `platform` 'facebook', required
  - `timestamp` string, date-time, required — UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
