# WhatsApp number declined event

`POST whatsapp.number.declined` (webhook)

Fired when a regulated (Tier 3/4) number order is declined or fails
review. The number is never billed. `reason` carries the reviewer's
rejection reason when available.

## Payload

- object
  - `id` string
  - `event` 'whatsapp.number.declined'
  - `timestamp` string, date-time — UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
  - `number` object
    - `id` string
    - `phoneNumber` string
    - `country` string
    - `profileId` string
  - `reason` string, nullable

## Acknowledgement `200`
