# WhatsApp number activated event

`POST whatsapp.number.activated` (webhook)

Fired when a purchased WhatsApp number becomes active and usable — both
the synchronous (Tier 1/2) path and the asynchronous regulated (Tier
3/4) path land here. Lets integrators react without polling
GET /v1/phone-numbers.

  - `timestamp` string, date-time — UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
