# Retrieve a Watchlist Verification

`GET /verifications/watchlists/{watchlistVerificationId}`

Retrieve a specific Watchlist Verification by its ID.
Returns details about sanctions and politically exposed person status.

## Path parameters

- `watchlistVerificationId` string, uuid, required — The unique identifier for a resource.

  - `id` string, uuid, required — The unique identifier for a resource.
  - `workspace_id` string, uuid, required — The Workspace ID in which the verification has been created.
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required — Creation date of the Watchlist Verification.
  - `updated_at` string, date-time, required — Update date of the Watchlist Verification.
  - `status` 'pending' | 'verified' | 'failed' | 'inconclusive', required — Status of the Watchlist Verification.
  - `data_anonymized` boolean, required — Indicates if the data related to the Watchlist Verification has been anonymized. If set to `true`, the data are removed and most fields will be NULL.
  - `workflow_session_id` string, uuid, nullable, required — Unique identifier of a Workflow Session. When provided, an Action is created in the Workflow Session, and this resource is associated with that Action.
  - `previous_attempt_id` string, uuid, nullable, required — ID of the previous attempt within the same `workflow_session_id`. Allows continuity between multiple attempts of the same Action. Null if this is the first attempt.
  - `data` WatchlistFullAllOfData, required — Verification result data
    - `politically_exposed_person` WatchlistFullAllOfDataPoliticallyExposedPerson, required — Information about politically exposed person status
      - `active` boolean, required — Whether the person is currently politically exposed
      - `positions` WatchlistFullAllOfDataPoliticallyExposedPersonPositions[], required
        - `title` string, nullable, required — Title of the political position
        - `active` boolean, required — Whether the person is currently politically exposed
        - `country_code` string, ISO 3166-1 alpha-2, nullable, required — ISO country code where the position is held
        - `started_on` string, nullable, required — Date when the position started
        - `ended_on` string, nullable, required — Date when the position ended − null if ongoing
        - `sources` WatchlistFullAllOfDataPoliticallyExposedPersonSources[], required — Sources of this information
          - `name` string, nullable, required — Name of the source
          - `url` string, nullable, required — URL of the source
    - `sanctions` WatchlistFullAllOfDataSanctions, required — List of sanctions against the person
      - `active` boolean, required — Whether the person is currently sanctioned.
      - `records` WatchlistFullAllOfDataSanctionsRecords[], required
        - `description` string, nullable, required — Description of the sanction
        - `authority` string, nullable, required — Authority that issued the sanction
        - `country_code` string, ISO 3166-1 alpha-2, nullable, required — ISO country code where the sanction is applicable
        - `active` boolean, required — Whether the sanction is currently active
        - `started_on` string, nullable, required — Date when the sanction started
        - `ended_on` string, nullable, required — Date when the sanction ended − null if ongoing
        - `sources` WatchlistFullAllOfDataSanctionsSources[], required — Sources of this information
          - `name` string, nullable, required — Name of the source
          - `url` string, nullable, required — URL of the source
