Get place_order tool configuration

Retrieve configuration for the place_order tool.

Returns complete configuration including:
- SMS notification settings (creation, confirmation, refusal, cancellation)
- SMS templates with placeholder support
- Default currency
- Stock management settings
- Auto-accept configuration

The agent must belong to your organization.
