Get wallet snapshot

Retrieve a read-only snapshot of the organization's wallet.

Returns the current balance, currency, active status, and auto top-up
configuration. Stripe IDs, payment-method details, and internal flags
are intentionally omitted.

Authentication:
- API key with READ or READ_WRITE permission
