    - `id` string, required
    - `url` string, uri, required
    - `eventTypes` EventType[], required — Array of event types to subscribe to.
    - `isActive` boolean, required
    - `consecutiveFailures` integer, required — Consecutive failed delivery attempts since the last success.
    - `deliveryStatus` 'active' | 'paused' | 'needs_attention', required — Endpoint delivery state. needs_attention means delivery stopped after repeated failures.
    - `failureHardCap` integer, required — Consecutive delivery failures that pause the endpoint.
    - `createdAt` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `401` — Unauthenticated
- `429` — Xquik tier rate limit exceeded. The response includes a `Retry-After` header with the number of seconds to wait before retrying.
