# Cancel sales order

`POST /api/v1/salesOrders/{id}/actions/cancel`

Cancels a sales order. Only sales orders in status 'created' or 'completed' can be canceled. For draft sales orders use the delete endpoint.<br><br>

## Other responses

- `401` — Unable to authenticate the client
- `403` — Unable to authorize the client
- `404` — Resource was not found or not enough access privileges
- `409` — Request conflict with the current state of the target resource
- `429` — Too many API calls made.
