`PUT /timelogs/{timelogId}`

Update timelog by Id.

- `comment` string — Timelog comment
- `hours` number — New timelog tracked hours
- `trackedDate` string — New timelog date<br>Format: yyyy-MM-dd
- `plainText` boolean — Get comment text as plain text, HTML otherwise
- `categoryId` string
