Fetches the list of current foreign exchange rate offers that are available to the supplier.<br><br> The returned foreign exchange rates are only guaranteed up to the expiry time specified— typically 24 hours. Attempting to create an order using an expired foreign exchange rate will result in an error. To avoid confusion it is recommended to call getRates several times per day.
