# Promote to group admin

`PATCH /groups/{GroupID}/admins`

This method is responsible for promoting group members to admins, you can promote one or more members to admins

## Path parameters

- `GroupID` string, required — Group ID

## Request body

- ListParticipantsRequest
  - `participants` ContactID[]

## Response `200`

OK

- ResponseSuccess
  - `success` boolean

## Other responses

- `400` — Wrong request parameters
- `401` — Need channel authorization for promote group admin
- `403` — You do not have permissions for this action
- `404` — Specified group or participant not found
- `500` — Internal Error
