Create a new annotation queue.

## Request body

- AnnotationQueueCreateReq — Request to create a new annotation queue.

  - `name` string, required
  - `description` string
  - `scorer_refs` string[], required
  - `wb_user_id` string, nullable — Do not set directly. Server will automatically populate this field.
