List evaluation runs.

## Path parameters

- `entity` string, required
- `project` string, required

## Query parameters

- `evaluations` string[], nullable — Filter by evaluation references
- `models` string[], nullable — Filter by model references
- `evaluation_run_ids` string[], nullable — Filter by evaluation run IDs
- `limit` integer, nullable — Maximum number of evaluation runs to return
- `offset` integer, nullable — Number of evaluation runs to skip

## Response `200`

Stream of data in JSONL format
