Retrieves all tags for a given clientId and entityType starting with tagPrefix.

Entity type whose tags to list. Supported values: CAMPAIGN, OFFER, LANDER (uppercase). A lowercase value like 'campaign' is rejected with 'Illegal value'; other entity types (TRAFFIC_SOURCE, FLOW, AFFILIATE_NETWORK, CLIENT) are not supported by this endpoint.
