Per-country censorship TECHNIQUE breakdown — HOW a country blocks, not just what. Maps OONI signal_type to techniques: dns_manipulation, tcp_reset_injection, tor_blocking, connection_interference, dpi_middlebox, header_manipulation, block_generic (method unresolved). A composition (sampling-robust, unlike a raw trend). E.g. China shows notably higher tcp_reset_injection (the GFW signature). ?country=XX filters.
