Censorship aggregated by world region: per continent (default) or UN sub-region (?level=subregion) — countries measured, total + blocking measurements, block_fraction, and confirmed national blocks (>=3-ASN, mapped to region by country). HONEST: block_fraction is a measurement-composition statistic (heavy-censorship countries get more probing), not the share of a region's internet that's blocked — use for relative comparison. Asia ~0.85, Americas ~0.30, Oceania ~0.
