National-censorship map (the RestrictionMap snapshot in one call): per-country domains confirmed blocked across >=3 independent networks (ASNs). restriction_map[cc] = nationally-blocked domains; partial_map[cc] = sub-national/localized blocks (confirmed in 1-2 networks only, below the national gate — ISP/region-specific filtering, lower confidence, NOT nationally blocked); coverage_measured_domains = measured count per country. A domain in neither map is accessible OR not measured (absence is not a claim of accessible).
