Global leaderboard: domains ranked by how many countries NATIONALLY block them (>=3 ASNs) + the blocking-country list + category. HONEST: reflects ALL national blocking — legal gambling/piracy/adult blocks dominate the top, NOT political censorship. ?category= (NEWS/ANON/HUMR/GRP/PORN/GMB...) isolates a content type; ?limit=N (default 50, max 200).
