Get Thumbnail Image
Returns a low-resolution or high-resolution thumbnail from a specified camera at or near a specified time.
Defaults to low-resolution thumbnails.

The approximate timestamp of the requested thumbnail. Formatted as a Unix timestamp in seconds. Defaults to the current time.
