# Get Guest Event by ID

`GET /v2/guest/guest_events/{guest_event_id}`

Get specific details for a Guest event with its event parts and invitees by `guest_event_id`.

Guest events allow organizations to pre-register and manage visitors for specific events.

- EventDetailResponseV2 — Detailed event response for GET single event and POST create
  - `end_time` string, required — The ending time of the event. This will be for the last event part of multi-part events in RFC 3339 format (e.g., '2025-01-17T21:06:20+00:00').
  - `event_address` string — The location of the event taking place.
  - `event_description` string — A description of the Guest event.
  - `event_name` string — The name of the Guest event. If not specified, defaults to 'New Event'.
  - `event_parts` EventPartResponseV2[], required — List of event parts for multi-part events.
    - `end_time` string, required — The end time of the event part in RFC 3339 format (e.g., '2025-01-17T21:06:20+00:00').
    - `event_part_id` string, uuid — The unique identifier of the event part. Will be null for single day events.
    - `start_time` string, required — The start time of the event part in RFC 3339 format (e.g., '2025-01-17T21:06:20+00:00').
  - `event_source` string, required — The source at which the event was created from.
  - `guest_event_id` string, uuid, required — The unique identifier of the Guest event.
  - `guest_type_id` string, uuid — The unique identifier of the Guest type for this event. Guest types can be retrieved with the Guest Type API.
  - `host_id` string, uuid, required — The unique identifier of the host. Hosts can be retrieved with the Guest Host API.
  - `invitees` InviteeResponseV2[], required — List of invitees for the event.
    - `guest_email` string — The email of the invitee.
    - `guest_full_name` string, required — The full name of the invitee.
    - `guest_phone_number` string — The phone number of the invitee.
    - `invited_guest_id` string, uuid, required — The unique identifier of the invited guest.
    - `notes` string — Notes for the invitee. Max note size of 100 characters.
    - `registered_time` string — The time the invited guest registered for the event in RFC 3339 format (e.g., '2025-01-17T21:06:20+00:00').
    - `visit_id` string, uuid — The unique identifier of the visit if the invitee has signed-in.
  - `rsvp_link` string — The RSVP link of the event if generated.
  - `site_id` string, uuid, required — The unique identifier of the Guest site. Valid sites can be retrieved with the Guest Site API.
  - `start_time` string, required — The starting time of the event. This will be for the first event part of multi-part events in RFC 3339 format (e.g., '2025-01-17T21:06:20+00:00').
  - `status` string, required — The status of the event (active, canceled or rescheduled).
  - `walk_in_enabled` boolean, required — Whether walk-ins are allowed to the event.
