# Generate a project OIDC token

`POST /v1/projects/{idOrName}/token`

Generates an OIDC token for the project and returns it.

## Path parameters

- `idOrName` string, required — The project ID or name

## Query parameters

- `teamId` string
- `slug` string

## Request body

- object
  - `source` string — The source that is calling the endpoint.

## Response `200`

- object
  - `token` string, required

## Other responses

- `400` — One of the provided values in the request body is invalid. One of the provided values in the request query is invalid.
- `401` — The request is not authorized.
- `403` — You do not have permission to access this resource.
- `404`
- `410`
