## Request body

  - `month` string, required — Set the month of fetch the billing statement (Ex: MM)
  - `year` string, required — Set the year of fetch the billing statement (Ex: YYYY)
  - `limit` integer, required — Max value set to 1000
  - `offset` integer, required — Offset for pagination. Default 0
  - `associate_user_name` string — ISO user name (Alphanumeric length of 35 chars)
