Sync Signup Audience
Cron job endpoint to sync recent signups to the Resend signup audience. Trigger every 6 hours (e.g. 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, 18:00 UTC) for contiguous 6-hour windows with no overlap. Each run processes users created in the preceding 6-hour window.
Requires x-api-key header for authentication.
