Process the user's dream goal and find relevant resources.

This endpoint:

1. Queues the dream goal processing as a background task
2. Uses Gemini with Google Search to find and save relevant resources
3. Returns immediately without waiting for completion

Returns: Dictionary with success status indicating processing has been started
