Approves a user to attend an event. (does not airdrop!)

## Path parameters

- `network` integer, required
- `lockAddress` string, required
- `userAddress` string, required

## Response `200`

Successfully approves the user to attend the event

- Rsvp
  - `lockAddress` string
  - `userAddress` string
  - `approval` string
  - `network` number

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid input received. Bad request.
- `404` — The item you are making request for does not exist.
- `500` — Unable to fullfil request due to internal server error.
