# Validate password for a user

`POST /api/admin/user-admin/validate-password`

Validate the password strength. Minimum 10 characters, uppercase letter, number, special character.

## Request body

- PasswordSchema — Fields used to create new password or update old password
  - `password` string, required — The new password to change or validate.
  - `oldPassword` string — The old password the user is changing. This field is for the non-admin users changing their own password.
  - `confirmPassword` string — The confirmation of the new password. This field is for the non-admin users changing their own password.

## Response `200`

This response has no body.

## Other responses

- `400` — The request data does not match what we expect.
- `401` — Authorization information is missing or invalid. Provide a valid API token as the `authorization` header, e.g. `authorization:*.*.my-admin-token`.
- `415` — The operation does not support request payloads of the provided type. Please ensure that you're using one of the listed payload types and that you have specified the right content type in the "content-type" header.
