Transfer Organization Ownership

Transfer organization ownership to another member.

Only the current owner can transfer ownership. The new owner must already be a member of the organization.

Changes applied:

  • org.owner_id → new_owner_id
  • new_owner's role → Owner
  • old_owner's role → Admin
