# Add an offboarding checklist template item

`POST /v1/offboarding-checklist/template`

Creates a new item in the organization's offboarding checklist template so it appears on every member's offboarding checklist from now on.

## Request body

- CreateTemplateItemDto
  - `title` string, required — Checklist item title
  - `description` string — Guidance text for the admin
  - `evidenceRequired` boolean — Whether evidence upload is required

## Response `201`
