      - `coordinates_accuracy` 'APPROXIMATE' | 'ROOFTOP' — Order matters here, list from least to most accurate
      - `google_maps_link` string, uri, nullable — A link to view the address on google maps.
      - `is_valid` boolean, nullable — Is the address a valid, known address?
      - `source` 'website' | 'social' | 'other' | 'submitted' — An enumeration.
