Add logo to logo bucket

## Request body

- UploadLogoPayload
  - `logo_image` string, required — Base64 encoded image to upload
  - `mime_type` string, required — the mime type of the logo.

## Response `200`

OK response.

- string — The url of the uploaded logo

- `400` — BadRequest: Bad Request response.
- `401` — Unauthorized: Unauthorized response.
- `403` — InvalidScopes: Forbidden response.
- `404` — NotFound: Not Found response.
