`POST /api/v1/services/messages/push`

## Request body

  - `title` string
  - `message` string, required
  - `link` string — Link for user action, the link will open in Tonkeeper dApp Browser
  - `addresses` string[]
  - `address` string — If the address has not been transmitted, then push messages will be sent to all users
