Save a Pupil's Passport

Requires permissions: Guardian or Parent

Writes a passport straight into iSAMS for one of the caller's children, creating or updating the record. This is the only part of the Details Checker that updates iSAMS directly. No image is accepted or stored: the photo a parent takes is used on-device to read the machine-readable zone and then discarded.
