Get current HR warnings for the authenticated user

Returns real-time work-limit warnings based on the user's contract, employment model, and current working time. Includes contract target warnings, legal maximum warnings, and break reminders. Accounts for overlapping tasks and the currently running timer. No parameters needed — the endpoint resolves the running timer and computes all durations server-side.
