`GET /get-benchmark-data`

# Notes

* Will include data for fields `benchmark.solution_nonces`, `benchmark.discarded_solution_nonces`, `benchmark.non_solution_nonces`, `proof.merkle_proofs`, and `fraud.allegation`.
