Get tickets

Ticket is a record of more complex conversations between operators and customers, which often require additional interactions or cannot be closed in a single chat conversation. It usually also consists of emails and internal messages. This endpoint allows you to retrieve the list of all the tickets with it’s details but without messages.

If you need to fetch a particular ticket with its messages, use the <b>Get ticket details</b> endpoint.
