`POST /textql.rpc.public.observe.ObservabilityService/GetChatTopics`

## Headers

- `Connect-Protocol-Version` 1, required — Define the version of the Connect protocol
- `Connect-Timeout-Ms` number — Define the timeout, in ms

## Request body

- TextqlRpcPublicObserveGetChatTopicsRequest — Chat → topics decoration (which live topics tag each chat), mirroring the GetThreadWarnings batch shape.
  - `chatIds` string[]

Success

- TextqlRpcPublicObserveGetChatTopicsResponse
  - `topicsByChat` object — Keyed by chat id; chats with no tagged topics are absent.
