Start a credit-bundle checkout (top up)

Creates a Stripe Checkout session (payment mode) to buy a one-off credit bundle. Returns the hosted checkout URL to redirect to; Stripe charges the card at checkout and the credits are granted by the Stripe webhook once payment completes. Requires the org to be on the Team plan.
