Delete a notification setting.

    - `status` 'enabled' | 'enable-received' | 'enable-pending' | 'enable-submtited' | 'delete-received' | 'delete-pending' | 'delete-submitted' | 'deleted' — Most preferences apply immediately; however, other may needs to propagate.
