# Force remove a call from a queue

`DELETE /queues/{queue_name}/calls/{call_control_id}`

Removes an inactive call from a queue. If the call is no longer active, use this command to remove it from the queue.

## Path parameters

- `queue_name` string, required
- `call_control_id` string, required

## Response `204`

Call successfully removed from the queue

## Other responses

- `404` — Resource not found. The requested resource does not exist. Common causes include: invalid call_control_id, conference not found, audio file not found, or recording not found.
