Retrieve a Global IP.

    - `record_type` string — Identifies the type of the resource.
    - `created_at` string — ISO 8601 formatted date-time indicating when the resource was created.
    - `updated_at` string — ISO 8601 formatted date-time indicating when the resource was updated.
    - `ip_address` string — The Global IP address.
    - `ports` object — A Global IP ports grouped by protocol code.
    - `name` string — A user specified name for the address.
    - `description` string — A user specified description for the address.
